📢 IMPORTANT UPDATE — EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 14TH

To our valued clients and community,

Due to our continued high caseload and our commitment to providing the highest quality care to every patient we see, Specialized Veterinary Care of Shawano will be making some changes to our weekday schedule beginning September 14th.

🐾 WEEKDAY URGENT CARE
We will no longer offer urgent care appointments Monday–Friday.

🐾 NEW CLIENTS — WEEKDAYS
We will not be accepting new general practice clients on weekdays.

We WILL continue to accept new patients during the week who are:

• Referred by their primary veterinarian for a consultation, surgery, CT, rehabilitation, or ultrasound
• Interested in our reproductive services

🐾 WEEKEND URGENT CARE
Our weekend urgent care will continue, and we WILL accept new clients on weekends for urgent care only.

We know that changes like this can be frustrating, and this decision was not made lightly. Our caseload has continued to grow, and we want to make sure our doctors and team have the time and resources needed to provide the level of care our patients deserve.

Rather than continuing to stretch our team beyond capacity, we believe this change will allow us to better serve our established patients, referred patients, and those who need our specialized services.
